Decals applied to a cup or any tumbler should be hand washed only. Do not soak in water. Not microwaveable or dishwasher safe.

Sizing for decals is measured by by the height or the width depending on what looks better for the chosen design.
3 " is recommended for 20 or 30 oz. Yetis.
Please measure for yourself so you are happy with the size you order.
No refunds if you order the wrong size, leave initials in the wrong order or leave the wrong address.
What comes in a Party Pack?
A party pack includes service for 12. You receive 12 paper cups, 12 napkins, 12 (7") clear plastic or paper plates and 12 (9") clear plastic or paper plates.
What if I do not receive my order in time for my event?
Please leave your event date at checkout. We have a 3-5 day processing time before the order ships.
If you do not leave a date and do not receive the items in time for the party we are not responsible. We accept returns on a case by case basis.
Once an item has shipped it is in the hands of the USPS and you will have to contact them.
What size are the plates?
The 7 inch plates are the smaller dessert plates. The 9 inch plates are standard paper plate lunch size.
The napkins are luncheon napkins.
What if I my package is marked delivered but I do not have it?
If an item is marked as delivered refunds will not be given.
Unfortunately once an item has shipped it is now in the hands of the USPS.
If an item is marked delivered I am no longer responsible and will not refund.
If there is a problem with a package marked as delivered but you do not have it your local post office will have to be contacted for exact GPS coordinates.
Check with neighbors, alternate doors, garages, etc.
If the package is still not found and you have obtained GPS coordinates a police report can be filed for theft.
Once you have GPS coordinates confirmed and a police report please contact me and in certain instances I may resend your order.
